What do you Charge?

We strive to keep our pricing straightforward and fair. Recently, we introduced fixed pricing for specific jobs. Anything beyond these fixed services is charged at £89 per hour. In some cases, we may offer a custom quote, which will take precedence over the prices listed below.

Diagnostic Fee £45 Initial assessment to identify issues and provide a quote. Charged only if you don't proceed with the repair.
Virus and Malware Removal £89 Removal of common viruses and malware.
Data Recovery £170 Recovery of lost data from a damaged or failed hard drive (plus cost of storage media). We only charge if successful, but cannot guarantee all data will be retrievable.
Screen Replacement £130 Replacement of a laptop or desktop screen (plus cost of parts).
Hard Drive Replacement £150 Replacement and installation of a new hard drive, including OS reinstall and data transfer (plus cost of parts).
Software Installation/Reinstallation £99 Installation or reinstallation of operating systems and applications.
Hardware Upgrades £89 Upgrading components such as RAM, CPU, or GPU (excluding full system builds).
General Maintenance £89 Cleaning, optimizing, and general maintenance to improve performance.
Network Setup £89 Setting up and configuring network connections (e.g., Wi-Fi range extenders).
Printer Setup £89 Installing and configuring printers.
Battery Replacement £69 Replacement of laptop or tablet batteries (plus cost of parts).
Laptop Keyboard Replacement £89 Replacement of faulty or damaged laptop keyboards (plus cost of parts) Doesn't cover soldered keyboards

Emergency Call-Out Fee £160 Additional fee for urgent, same-day service. Includes 1 hour, then charged at £89 per hour after.


What happens if you cant fix my device or IT issue?

If we can't resolve your device or IT issue, there will be no charge. While this is extremely rare, we believe it's only fair not to charge for something we can't fix. However, we always aim to provide friendly, helpful advice or guide you in the right direction to get the problem solved.

Do you look at apple macs?

While we don't consider ourselves experts on Apple devices, we've successfully resolved many issues with them. Feel free to send us your inquiry—if we believe it's something we can help with, we'll book an appointment. If we solve the issue, fantastic. If not, there will be no charge.

Do you provide IT Support Contracts for business?

Absolutely! We cater to a wide range of clients, from home users to small and large businesses. Our services include break-fix support and subscription options for businesses that require guaranteed and Speedy support without the cost of a full time technician. A contract with us is usually around 10K per year Vs 30K+ for a full time employee.

Our comprehensive IT Support subscription provides small businesses with both onsite and remote assistance, eliminating the need for an in-house IT department. It includes unlimited remote support and onsite engineer visits, as well as managed endpoint protection and on-demand consultancy services available whenever required. This service can assist with a range of issues, from resolving technical glitches and setting up new laptops for employees to verifying email authenticity, troubleshooting Wi-Fi problems, and much more. 

We have a limited number of spaces for IT subscriptions to ensure that our service remains high quality and is not oversubscribed, setting us apart from many other managed IT service providers.

Our subscriptions have a minimum duration of 6 months, which distinguishes us from most MSPs that typically try to sign you up for 12, 24, or even 48 months. 

We don't feel the need to tie our clients to long-term agreements, as we are confident that you will choose to stay with us based on the quality of service we provide, without the necessity of a lengthy contract.


Do you offer computers, laptops, and accessories for sale?

Yes, we offer both new and refurbished computing products. Rather than maintaining a large inventory, we focus on sourcing items tailored to our clients' specific requirements. This approach allows us to provide personalized solutions rather than simply moving excess stock. While we do keep essential spare parts like keyboards, mice, and cables readily available, our strong relationships with local suppliers throughout Sussex often allow us to acquire additional items on the same day.
